On becoming a client, you will be given details of the services you have requested and their associated costs in a 'Services agreement'.
Each year the 'Services agreement' is reviewed and reissued to ensure what we have agreed to do for you and the associated fees do not become an issue.
If services are carried out which are not incorporated in the 'Services agreement', fees for these will be agreed and invoiced separately.
The 'certainty' of our fee arrangements is appreciated by our clients and enables us to focus on providing solutions to their business issues.
